HWO are working for developer Dreampoint Homes on the redevelopment of a vacant site into 25 new build units for PRS over 6,800 sqf of ground floor retail units. The corner lies only 100 yards from a future Crossrail station and will stand as a landmark for Chadwell Heath's high street. A pre-application has been made to Barking Dagenham Council.
