After couple of intense weeks designing, we just submitted a pre-app for a new build development in Broxbourne. The block features curves and sharp angles in a stark break with the 'London Vernacular'. The development will deliver 77 new homes across 4 cores and a 4200 sqf retail unit on a vacant island site.
