The John Jones Arts Building
The famous fine art framers wanted to redevelop its sprawling Finsbury Park site, liberate some space, and give the building a Shoreditch House feel. It had entered into contract with a design and build contractor, but the internal plans needed rethinking. We set about understanding how the business – and its 100 craftspeople – worked. We asked about the process, from manufacturing to mounting, and amended the plans to improve workflow and bring the John Jones vision to life. We then worked with the contractor on every detail of the fit-out to deliver an authentic and consistent Shoreditch feel.
