The challenging redevelopment of a Grade II-listed office space.
Oxford Street
This project had many structural, mechanical and planning challenges. It also gave us the chance to design a space that would take the breath away. Inspired by great entrance scenes in film, we created a monumental space that flows from a ground-floor atrium, up a spiral stone staircase to a first-floor reception and open ballroom. Windows line the route and the space is washed with light. For the visitor, it is a journey of surprises.
