22 New Build Homes in Nine Elms
We're involved in the tender and construction of 22 new homes near Nine Elms for residential developer Westbrook Whitfield. Although the project was already consented, we has to review it in light of new fire regulations and buildability, alongside our colleagues FORM structure and Clarke Banks FE. Particular areas of interest are the special foundations that need to be designed for the Tube tunnels below. Works are due to start in April 2023.
