We're excited to unveil our latest project with Zamek Group – a striking rooftop extension that brings 23 new co-living spaces to life atop a residential block we originally designed seven years ago.
This new layer, clad in lightweight metal panels and defined by rhythmic vertical fins, breaks elegantly from the architecture below. Yet, through a subtle, tonal palette, it integrates seamlessly – forming a bold, crown-like silhouette against the skyline.
Dubbed ‘Smart Living’, this project reimagines what shared urban living can be. Thoughtfully designed for community and flexibility, each unit offers compact, high-quality living paired with shared amenities and social spaces.
The scheme will be operated by Zigloo, the co-living specialist, bringing together innovative design and a new model for modern city life.
