Euston-street
The winning design in a competition. This project took a student residence and transformed it into a four-star hotel and conference centre for Eurostar travellers arriving at St Pancras. The existing layout needed rethinking. The entrance was shared by different users, and the upper floors were only accessible via a small lift. The conference spaces were inflexible and there was no clear strategy for restaurants. HWO’s design relocated the entrance to the side street. This opens into a triple-height atrium which houses the reception and restaurants.
