A friend of ours came to use for advice. Having secured planning consent for 15 flats on his land, but was unsure about his architect’s ability to deliver the build. We reviewed the plans and redesigned the internal layouts so that the flats were appropriately sized and intelligently stacked. We calculated the maximum return for the building, and created a pack for estate agents, asking them to evaluate the original build versus the new. We resubmitted planning using Section 73, received consent and the project has now gone to funding.
